Paid plans are billed as described at time of purchase. We offer a money-back guarantee — if the Service does not work as described, contact us for a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for interruptions due to internet connectivity issues, device failures, or force majeure events.
LiveEventsPro's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
